Once your event is complete please make sure to place your flowers in water to keep them well hydrated. We like to receive your flowers within one to two days of your event for optimum freshness.

If you are not local to the Calgary area we do accept flowers to be shipped to us via courier and send over complete detailed shipping instructions to ensure your bouquet arrives to us in pristine condition.

Once your flowers have been received we begin our drying process. Each flower type is unique so drying time varies. You will receive an email by 14 weeks with a custom designed layout to review. This is just an estimate and a real time timeline will be provided once your flowers have been received.

Once the flowers are fully dried we begin putting together your custom pieces. All flowers are preserved with the highest quality products and the utmost care. This process takes between 10-12 weeks depending on, size of your order, time of year and for resin preservation orders how many layers are needed to cover your arrangement as well as hand polishing and finishing of each piece.

We send an email prior to preserving your flowers with design layout of the main artwork selection to review and approve. Layouts are not provided for add-on items. We do not proceed until you have approved the main design. This way you can rest assure your keepsake reflects your personal taste and style.

The total preservation process takes approximately 20-26 weeks.
